1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

If the cancellation request is received and approved before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers may refer to our Return and Refund Policy if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For successfully cancelled orders:

  • A full refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

Vohra Tea is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.

4. Cancellation by Vohra Tea

Vohra Tea reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
  • Unforeseen circumstances affecting product availability or delivery.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and any payment received will be refunded in full.

5. Modification of Orders

Customers may request changes to an order (such as shipping address or contact details) before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, modifications cannot be made

6. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched.
  • Customized, special, or promotional orders where specifically stated.
  • Orders under processing for immediate shipment.
