4. Return Pickup
For approved return requests:
- We may arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, customers may be asked to ship the product to our designated address.
- In such cases, reasonable shipping charges may be reimbursed upon approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened tea packages.
- Products that have been consumed or partially used.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
- Change-of-mind purchases.
- Products without original packaging.
6. Replacement or Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Vohra Tea may:
- Send a replacement product, subject to availability, or

The decision will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.
7. Return Processing Time
Approved return requests are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

8. Limitation of Liability
Vohra Tea’s responsibility is limited to the replacement or refund of eligible products. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
