1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, tea products once opened or consumed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The package is received in a visibly damaged condition.

2. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive your package in a damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect condition, please:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs of the damaged package, shipping label, and product.
  • Mention any visible damage while accepting delivery from the courier partner whenever possible.

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. Verification Process

Once we receive your complaint and supporting images:

  • Our team will review the submitted details.
  • If required, we may arrange a reverse pickup of the product.
  • Upon successful verification, we will approve a replacement or refund.

Vohra Tea reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the requirements of this policy.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • UPI Payments: 3–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–10 business days
  • Wallet Payments: 3–7 business days

The actual credit of funds depends on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, Vohra Tea may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement products will be shipped after verification and approval of the claim, subject to product availability.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Customer changes their mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability.
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers must follow the return and refund process outlined above if an eligible issue exists.
